Performance Data

Our performance measures are set in the context of the overall National Services Scotland Strategy.

We report on our performance against key targets on a monthly basis. We do this against four measures:

  • improving service delivery  
  • enhancing customer and partner engagement  
  • building organisational capability
  • developing and supporting staff.
